After nine months of using every means at his disposal to discredit Minnesota’s COVID-19 response the majority leader has contracted the “hoax” himself. After his diagnosis he hid the information from the public, failed to notify his peers in the Legislature for a week and travelled out of state. His actions indicate a total moral failing and a gross disregard for the public’s welfare. He needs to resign from office should he survive his affliction in good enough condition to resume his duties.
