I truly wish to thank the Brainerd Dispatch for providing the vehicle for readers to express their opinions on various subjects. I may hesitate buying a used car from some of them, but occasionally we are rewarded with a “masterpiece” such as the Guest Opinion by Sue Sterling in the Jan. 23 Dispatch. Her opinion on National Handwriting Day is a warm, compassionate prescription for making ours a healthier society. I will surely share her story with others. Thank you Sue!
Also, as always in pursuit of the truth, I remember in grade school religion class being asked the questions, “Who makes the sun and moonshine?” I replied, “God makes the sunshine and my old man makes the moonshine!” So there!
