Dedicated, driven, dependable and dynamic are words that describe my friend John Ward. It's with great enthusiasm I support his write-in candidacy for Baxter City Council. I have known John for over 30 years, both personally and politically. I knew him when he was the mayor of Proctor when I lived in that area. He was well respected there for being approachable, energetic and having a fantastic work ethic. The people of Proctor loved having him as their mayor! Then I watched John work hard for all of us during his time as state representative. As state representative he was open to listening to everyone's thoughts and always engaged in respectful dialogue. Now Baxter has the opportunity to have John on city council. If elected, the people of Baxter will no doubt find in him the champion they deserve! Baxter friends, please vote Ward!
