I am so happy that the governing board for Education Minnesota-Brainerd has endorsed Kevin Boyles for school board. Kevin was one of three deserving candidates that received this prestigious endorsement. His message of nonpartisan inclusiveness and thinking ahead while respecting traditional values resonates across this district. It’s an easy vote when you think of it. Kevin has avoided direct endorsements from political operatives on both sides of the aisle and remains steadfast in his view that political bias has no place in our school board room, or our classrooms. He will truly represent every viewpoint with an open ear and do what’s best. Nobody can be everything to everybody. Eventually hard decisions have to be made, but Kevin will take them head on with integrity, pragmatism and with an attitude to find the win-win whenever possible and that every opinion counts.
