Now that early voting has begun, I am proud to offer my endorsement of Kevin Boyles for Brainerd School Board.
Kevin brings much-needed common sense, business acumen, a love of learning and first-hand experience with various education models from around the country. Best of all, Kevin will seek out and listen to teachers, students, administrators and taxpayers, attempting to build consensus before making pragmatic decisions reflecting the will of these constituencies. Kevin will not represent a narrow, preconceived agenda and he will never embarrass the community.
Kevin’s extensive background in financial services, strategic planning and business along with his belief that board members represent all of the residents of the district, not just those who share a specific ideology, will lend a measured voice to the board.
