Recently President Trump directed the government to put a stop to the sales of cigarette vaping products because several hundred users have become sick and/or died from using those products this year.
Compare that to the several hundred to thousands of people that died due to shootings over several years. The government has taken no action to reduce that problem. The difference in these two situations just might be that the vaping company Juul has contributed little or no Lobby or PAC money to our Congress or president (who reportedly received $30 million from the NRA alone for his last election campaign). Somehow we need to stop our elected officials from selling their votes!
