John Ward has always given that “extra effort” on behalf of the community and his constituents that make him a remarkably special citizen and highly respected public servant. The greater area served by Baxter can only hope the good people of Baxter make the same “extra effort” by writing in John Ward on their ballots and elect him to the Baxter City Council.
