I am writing in support of Tad Erickson for Crow Wing County Commissioner.
As a former water planner for our county, there is no doubt that Tad's career as a regional planner will be vital to solving the challenges we face today. Furthermore, in his role on the Brainerd City Council and Planning Commission, Tad has shown that he can work through complex issues toward effective solutions that benefit our residents and community. Finally, as the son of a former county assessor, Tad is prepared to tackle the budgetary challenges faced by county departments and individual landowners and will work hard to be fiscally responsible with taxpayer dollars. I compare this election to the modern-day NFL, where the trend is to hire younger coaches who are in tune with their players. Tad is the perfect candidate to provide that fresh spark to lead our team for years to come!
