President Donald Trump and his enablers have been calling the congressional inquiry a hoax.
The real hoax was in the Senate. I have never seen such a display of cover-up. However the impeachment was handled, it was probably not wise to have it at this time. There was never a chance that the Senate would agree with removing Trump from office, even though he deserved removal.
It really saddens me to have seen the actions of the Republican senators who voted not to remove Trump from office. I have nothing but contempt for their actions. I don’t hate them, but I hate what they have done. I believe that the Republicans party will pay dearly for their failure in the upcoming election.
