I have been an election judge for a number of years and I am always surprised at how many people ask me right before the election (and sometimes the day of — can’t answer those!) who they should vote for. I am happy to share my opinion but I always tell them they need to research the candidates. With today's internet searches and social media information it's easy to find out about your candidates. Sometimes change is good but sometimes it may not be. It’s a bit of a buyer beware situation so do your homework. I live in District 4 — Rosemary Franzen’s district — and after a few minutes of Google research on her opponent, Troy Scheffler, it was an easy answer for me to decide to continue to support Rosemary. Do your homework before you vote! I support Rosemary Franzen and I recommend you do, too!
