With all the negative press concerning the state's deputy registrar's offices, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with our experience at the Brainerd office. On Monday, July 1, we had to change ownership on a vehicle. When we walked in the line was long (being that it was a Monday and the first of the month). The line moved rapidly as they had extra staff on to handle the crowd. Kudos to the staff and management for the swift and courteous service provided. We were in and out quickly. Your efforts are appreciated!
