Please people stop watching CNN and MSNBC.They are feeding you propaganda not the truth. Someone just wrote that President Trump delayed action on COVID-19 for six weeks. The truth is he started action at the end of January by stopping all flights from China except for American citizens, when there was only one reported case in the U.S. He was ridiculed by Joe Biden as being xenophobic and a fear monger, and the media called him racist. This action alone saved thousands of lives. Then President Trump ran into big problems, our testing system was antiquated and broken. He had to find the right testing method and get that up and running. Also he had to make many changes at the CDC and FDA to speed up their operations. Remember these are Washington bureaucrats who like to do things their way. Then he discovered that Obama had depleted the government's supply of N95 masks and hadn't bothered to replace them. If we take the New York area out of the equation the numbers drop dramatically. About three weeks ago Mayor de Blasio was still telling New Yorkers that the virus wasn't any worse than a common cold. Bet you won't hear that on CNN. The big picture is that China lied about this virus and wouldn't allow U.S. scientists into their country to study this virus so that we would know what we were dealing with when it got here. Please listen to Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx, they and their people are working on this 24/7. Any views that differ from theirs are most likely propaganda or maybe even lies.
