I support and recommend to all who read the following testimony for former State Rep. John Ward. John is truly a "people's" representative. He is honest, sincere, and his credible service speaks volumes about him and his integrity. I personally have worked closely with him and others on the investigation of Crow Wing Power by the Minnesota state and federal attorney generals, which is ongoing. After being involved in every board and city council in the city of Breezy Point for the last 25 plus years, in my humble opinion there is no one better or more suited to represent the city of Baxter and its citizens.
