The job of sheriff is extrement important for the safety and wellbeing of our entire community. It is far too important of a position to not have the most experienced leadership in charge. Sheriff Goddard has been a lifelong resident of this area and has been employed by the Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office for the past 28 years. He deeply cares about the residents, businesses and visitors that live and visit here. He has a working knowledge of the growth and changes that have and are occurring in the Brainerd lakes area and how to effectively manage the law enforcement needs and concerns our citizens have.
