So now we see what happens when businesses are under the control of the state. They can be shut down at any time and risk losing their business and livelihood.
So why don't businesses try to get the laws changed where the cities have control over who gets bar licenses or restaurant licenses?
Wouldn't that make it up to the individual cities to determine if a situation warrants the shutdown of a local business?
