Kevin Boyles was one of three ISD 181 school board candidates to receive an endorsement from Education Minnesota Brainerd on Oct. 1. I’m so proud of the work he is already doing to educate himself on the needs of the community. Kevin has done more than put up signs. He’s met with people from every facet of our community. Parents, retirees, taxpayers, current board members, teachers, students, the superintendent, business owners, liberals and conservatives. He is educating himself on how the board operates, the issues our district is facing and could potentially face. He is using his local upbringing and national experience to engage people across our district. He is doing all of this without letting partisan politics come into play and with the idea that our board should represent all voices. I hope you’ll consider voting for him for school board.
