Reed Campbell has been serving this community for a long time and is owed a debt of gratitude. I’d love to see the Dispatch do a feature on Mr. Campbell’s distinguished career of service.
Mr. Campbell’s retirement allows a new perspective to join the board and perhaps push the envelope and challenge the status quo a bit. A new member will give a “refresh,” which can lead to exciting, new efforts from the board as it adapts to meet the modern challenges that face our district.
Mr. Campbell deserves the highest praise and thanks for his service as he faithfully performed his duty as a steward of the district’s budget and operations, and as a defender of the values that our community cherishes. Those who come after should follow his examples of integrity, inclusiveness, and service.
Thank you for your service and enjoy your retirement, Mr. Campbell.
