It is good to see Doug Houge running for reelection to the Crow Wing County Board for the Crosby area district, and Arlene Jones running a write in campaign for the southern Crow Wing County district. Both Doug and Arlene are mature, reasonable people who take a problem solving approach and avoid personal attacks. That is not true for both of their opponents, who seem to love insulting anyone they disagree with. Doug and Arlene will help move our county in the right direction.
