I watched the testimony of the young girl who covered herself in blood to stay alive in her school while kids, her friends, were being slaughtered. I listened to the father whose daughter died and how parents could not recognize their own children due to the slaughter of the high capacity killing machine. I am now laying on my bed crying with blankets over me feeling devastated inside as well I should be!
I am a mom, grandma, great-grandma and I know this can happen anywhere and will, if legislators do not unite and protect our children. It is unconscionable there is a cult within the Republican Party that would rather prostitute themselves for votes than protect our children and our families. How very ugly this is! What can we do? Vote them out โ we have that power if we use it!
