In a news report Sunday Sept. 27, 2020, the New York Times reported that president Donald Trump paid only $750 in personal federal income tax in 2016 and 2017. I can understand why Trump refuses to release his tax returns. I would be so ashamed to release them if that is all I paid in federal income tax. I hope any voter who is still undecided in the Nov. 3 presidential race will not tolerate this abuse and will vote accordingly.
