Doug Houge has earned our vote in the upcoming primary and general election, in my opinion. Doug takes the time to do his homework on each and every issue. He asks his constituents what they think and more importantly listens to their response. His responsible fiscal oversight is exemplary. He is respectful of others, even if they have a different point of view from his. Doug has worked effectively with other commissioners, county staff and constituents. Doug’s years of experience on the Crow Wing County Board is exactly what we need during these very difficult times. Doug does not have any hidden or certain agenda. He truly is a public servant serving folks for the genuine reason of serving. Doug has earned my, and many others, respect and trust. Please vote for Doug on Aug. 11 and Nov. 3.
