Judge Charles Halverson is running to keep his seat as Ninth District Judge. Everyone in central Minnesota has a say in this race.
I have known Judge Halverson for many years, as an advisor and lawyer, as a teammate on the ice and a friend. Gov. Mark Dayton appointed him in 2018. Not because of political affiliation, but because he was the most qualified candidate.
He’s been working in the Ninth Judicial District for 30+ years. He earned the distinction of being named a Criminal Law Specialist. Less than 60 lawyers have earned that distinction of the 16,000+ lawyers in Minnesota. He also has considerable experience in family law, child protection, and civil cases.
Judge Halverson has the experience, maturity and integrity that we need from judges in our courtrooms. Vote Judge Halverson!
