Democrats really dislike the current voter ID laws. In fact they want to eliminate the requirement for voter ID in our elections. Of course they favor the increased use of absentee ballots and mail in ballots. I doubt they would require a valid method to ID those votes!
Our society requires that in some cases you have to prove you are who you say you are. You have to prove your age for instance to buy alcohol or cigarettes or ammunition.
A valid ID is required for you to fly on a commercial airliner!
Why then would you not have to validate your identity to vote in an election? What is there to hide?
Let's make sure our elections are fair and honest. How about that?
