Reader Opinion: Voting is a precious right
There was a time, very long ago, when the right to vote was a precious right! Citizens were heavily invested in the right to vote because it represented their investment in the freedom won by those who had staked their lives for the opportunity to have freedom, here in America! Slowly your rights have been eroded by self absorption and conspicuous consumption while making spurious decisions in the process of voting with little effort to understand the ramifications of an unintelligent decision! Or clearly an uninformed one. It’s a low bar of commitment, here today in America!
