I’ve known hard-working people who’ve served in public office -- and a few lazy ones, too. Relentless, John was among the hardest working. I’ve known honest people who’ve served in public office -- and few dishonest ones, too. John was one of the most honest, even when it was a hard truth needing to be said. Finally, I’ve known some very caring people who’ve served in public office -- and, you guessed it, a few that didn’t seem to care too much about anything but their reelection. More than anything else, this is what separates John Ward from others.
You won’t meet another person who cares more for everyone he serves than John. That’s the leadership our communities are calling for right now. Please, write-in John Ward for Baxter City Council.
