I am writing to the residents of Baxter to ask you to vote for John Ward for city council. I lobbied at the Capitol when John was the state representative from your area. What sets John apart from other elected officials, is his attentiveness to "you." When you are in a conversation with John, you are truly listened to. If the room or hallway is full, and you are speaking with John Ward, he is laser focused on what you have to say. He is genuinely concerned about your issue. His integrity, compassion, and commitment to service makes him a "peoples" statesman. The people of Baxter would be very fortunate to have John Ward represent their interest as their councilmember.
