I’m elated to see that a wonderful service leader, John Ward, is a write-in candidate for the open seat on the Baxter City Council and enthusiastically support his election! As a colleague, I was privileged to witness his admirable qualities firsthand. Throughout his decades-long career as a volunteer, teacher, championship coach, legislator and community advocate, John has been a model of integrity, passion, compassion and work ethic not only for the tasks at hand but for the people in his classes, on his teams, and for all those he was chosen to represent. Further, he has demonstrated an ability to listen to all, learn from all and to act for all. John's fierce desire to do what is best drives him to succeed for all. I’m confident he will bring that desire to the council as well, and urge you to vote John Ward for Baxter City Council.
