On Jan. 23, my sister, Louise Dayton lost her long struggle with kidney cancer. That same evening, Brainerd hosted St. Cloud Apollo in boys basketball. Prior to the game we observed a moment of silence in her honor and at halftime, fans graciously donated $273 to continue the fight against cancer on Louise's behalf. I am so thankful for all your support.
