I am well past the childbearing age; however, I feel that government has no place in telling a woman what she can or cannot do concerning her health and her body. I do not agree with late term abortions. Abortions in the first month is fine. We have so many children in this country up for adoption already.
It should be the woman's decision and not our federal government and not our state government. The way that I can see them interact would to be sure that providers be licensed and inspected on a regular basis. I think defunding Planned Parenthood is wrong because they provide other services for women and men such as birth control, testing for STDs, cancer screenings, etc.
Again it should be the woman's choice (not federal or state governments) to make decisions about her body and health!
