I love how everyone talks about American values. Most people that say those words have no idea what that is; maybe they should do a little bit of history research. The first Americans, as you like to put it, came over here to get away from religion restrictions and to start a new life. Mafia terrorized people and they were Irish and Italian, should we have just stopped letting them into this country because they might go into the Mafia and cause death? Do you think Jesus would want you to be prejudiced against people of other religions or races? Stop using Jesus Christ, first of all, he was not American, he was born Jewish. The guy that did the shootings in Colorado wasn't Muslim. Anyone of any religion or race can be crazy. Stop blaming just Muslims. Everyone hates what Obama is doing. He doesn't want to ruin what America was built on, in accepting innocent immigrants. I can't stand the opinions written in the Brainerd Dispatch, racist is all I get out of it. Let's just shut ourselves off to the rest of the world. I bet the Native Americans wish they could've had that choice instead of us so-called Americans coming in and taking their land, destroying their villages and killing their men, women and children. We were no different than terrorist Muslims. Now all you white racist Americans probably think that was OK-pathetic. Everyone in America thinks we're perfect but can't seem to remember that we were not too different at one time. What you want is Obama to use religion as whether or not to let people in America, it's sickening. The first mass shootings in America were done by Americans, but that's OK because they were white, so we did nothing about it.
