On Sunday afternoon a mother duck and her babies were run down by a driver who was either stupid, blind or just plain mean.
There is no excuse for this careless driving, because ducks are slow moving when traveling with their babies. There should have been time for you to slow down and stop unless you were not paying attention to your driving. One can only wonder if you were texting. Only other excuse is that you are just a mean person who has no regard for life. This was an act of animal cruelty and even the FBI links animal cruelty with human cruelty.
Also for your information, seven children witnessed your act in running these ducks down. That is seven children who are now suffering trauma. Children who were on an outing with their mother and enjoying the afternoon together. Thank you for this scarring of young minds.
Oh by the way, you didn't kill all the babies, two were rescued by the mother with the children and they will be carefully cared for by the proper animal group.
