According to the EDTA (Electric Drive Transportation Association) there are only 286,390 today.
He "missed" by 72 percent!
That after pumping $2.4 billion of your tax dollars after his "dream."

But it gets worse. By 2019 your tax dollars will increase to $7.9 billion.
He sure has a handle on how to handle this, throwing bad money after bad goals.
