Resolutions vary in types, often focusing on self-improvement and money issues but what if you made a resolution about someone else? What if your resolution was about improving the life of someone else or the relationship you have with that person?

Are you a parent? How's your relationship with your son? Have you thought about making a resolution to improve the relationship you have with him? What about a resolution to spend more quality time with him?

One fantastic way you can achieve this kind of resolution is for you and your boy to join Scouting. It will provide you with opportunities to build life long memories with your boy and will provide him with opportunities to learn new skills and quality life experiences.

Former President of the United States Harry S. Truman said, "The Boy Scouts of America has contributed greatly to the character training of our youth. What a greater nation this would be if the principles of Scouting could be woven more closely into our daily lives. Boy Scouts of America is making a vital contribution to the character building of our boys and young men. Let us work together to make the program of the Boy Scouts available to every American boy."
