As a veteran and taxpayer in Crow Wing County, who has availed himself of the services of VSO Bob Nelson, I can say that Bob does his job of servicing the veterans of the county in an A-1 manner. He knows what the veteran needs, how to obtain what is needed and does it. He is doing the job he was hired for, and doing it in an excellent manner. Replace him? I can't even believe that this discussion is taking place. It seems to me that certain people in the county bureaucracy are upset that Bob may not dot all his I's and cross all his T's. That's surely what we need in government, more people that cross T's and dot I's. Surely we don't want to keep people that are actually doing an excellent job.
