The criminal justice system does not exist to help victims!
The police, deputies, jailers, court employees, judges and attorneys depend on criminals for a living! A few innocent victims are required to keep the system functioning! The Rodriguezs and others keep attorneys, judges, etc., employed. If the laws and sentences worked crime would be less but suspended and stayed sentences keep the criminals back on the streets-to do more crime. Wonderful!
