I recently granted an easement acquisition that was requested by the city of Brainerd. The Brainerd Assistant City Engineer, Paul Sandy, and everyone involved was very personal, sincere and conscientious. They were all a pleasure to work with.
We often time are quick to point out something negative, when we think something isn't going our way. When everyone is extremely professional and competent we should also point this out.
