Willow street is less than a year old. I walk this road just about every day. Cracks are starting to form and pieces of the tar are coming loose. I think before the city council works on any Riverwalk project and starts cutting down mature trees and they should be out sealcoating cracks on roads. Especially Willow Street and other streets that need to be seal coated.
