The Christmas season is in full swing. We've got gifts and giving, beautiful decorations, Christmas movies on the television, and Christmas events around our community. Family and friends are visiting and the joy is instantly evident. The Christmas season is my favorite time of year and I know I'm not alone.
I say it a lot, but it's absolutely true: we're fortunate to live in such great communities. While we all have struggles in our lives, we do what we can to help those less fortunate than us. We all love to receive gifts, but it's the giving that raises our spirits and warms our hearts. That's what really makes this season special.
Thank you to those who give so much and celebrate the true meaning of the holidays. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!
