Recently Lakeland Public Television aired a debate between current District 10A legislator Josh Heintzeman and his opponent Democrat Dale Menk. Throughout the debate Menk repeatedly stated that Heinzeman does not listen to or represent all of the people of his district. Heintzeman was able to set the record straight in his closing arguments. According to Heintzeman, the source of Menk's complaint is his disagreement with Heintzeman on the "Bathroom Bill." Heintzeman believes that men and women, boys and girls, using their biologically designated bathrooms, shower rooms, and locker rooms is the safest option for our children and families. He feels that this belief reflects the values of the voters of District 10A. Each time a legislator votes on a bill someone will likely disagree with him. However, I know that we can count on Heintzeman to always represent faith, family and freedom.
