Crow Wing County commissioners, it is time to take some action. The morale within a number of county employees is at a very low point. Agency programs under the umbrella of the Social Services Department are being realigned, much needed services are being interrupted and consumers are being negatively affected. The morale issue seems to start with the management style within the department.
County commissioners, take your own survey and get a true reading as to the morale levels amongst on-line staff. You might just get surprised!
