There are always those who choose to smash educators. I usually remain quiet but these days it is very hard to. Not all children are able to learn in the same way; educators continue to find ways to teach children that could fall between the cracks due to their different learning styles. Also, yoga is a very core strengthening exercise and something that can be done throughout a person's life. Once a person learns yoga there is no cost to continue this very healthy form of exercise that also helps children and adults focus. Having a visual such as a picture helps with association to an event and helps with retention of knowledge for a large percentage of people, not only children.
Teaching is a very hard job, schools are often understaffed and then to have to deal with teacher bashings only makes the job that much harder. Teachers not only teach, they need to have keen observation skills to troubleshoot and prevent crisis. I am grateful I was taught not to be narrow minded and to search. I am 64 and still enjoy learning. I have been sending more letters in because being quiet is not an option with all that is going on in our world. I choose not to spread hate, I choose to encourage people to search.
