In Saturday's Minneapolis Star Tribune an article stated that Oklahoma, Oregon, and Virginia are trying to pass legislation imposing higher fines for left-lane driving. They state "The left lane of a highway is only for passing."
If they tried this in Minnesota, our state patrol and local police would have to go back to driving school. Hard to find any of these not traveling in the left lane with their lights off.
