With the reduced harvestable numbers of walleyes in Mille Lacs Lake, the "harpooners and netters" have set new sites.
Exercising their "rights" they have decided to harpoon and net in Lake Vermilion - but only in half the lake. Great, now we can wreck another great fishery.
