The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution permits law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms. Terrorists are not law-abiding citizens. They murder innocent people. That's why Congressman Rick Nolan has taken a stand in favor of the "No Fly-No Buy" bill that would prohibit someone on the FBI's Watch List from buying a gun.
Congressman Nolan is a lifelong hunter and strong supporter of the Second Amendment. He believes that if you're too dangerous to fly, you're too dangerous to buy a gun. It's as simple as that. And I applaud him for his stand on the No Fly - No Buy gun bill.
