If you don't pay your rent, what happens? Nothing! For a while.

But eventually you'll be thrown out; evicted. If you feel this was unfair, if you have "NRA brain," you may use force to fight eviction, maybe taking out some people, and some police merely doing their job. Eventually you'll be out of that apartment, one way or another. Try to face reality. I know that's hard with Trump (Trump!) in the White House.

Health care is similar. If we have it, it'll have to be paid for one way or another, either in ways we can see, or ways we can't. The problem with paying in ways we can't see is that it invites fraudsters into the system. Often those fraudsters are wearing expensive silk ties, bought from China; maybe even "Trump Brand."

We can provide health care, or we can allow people to drop in the streets. They'll be brought to emergency. They can't pay, so it raises the cost for the rest of us. Isn't this what the health care insurance argument is all about? Spreading the costs, helping those who can't afford it pay for it? An orderly system rather than the chaos of a supposedly "free market"? There's no free market unless you're willing to let people drop dead on the streets, and just step around them.

Medical costs can be lowered by getting profiteers out of the system.

The rest of it can be funded by taxing the daylights out of the wealthy. Why be shy about that? They weren't shy when they robbed us! Remember the housing collapse, the dot.com bubble, the banking-insurance-stock market collapses? The unemployment when they sent jobs overseas? This all converged during (Republican) George Bush's terms as president. The wealthy were robbing the rest of us blind, in hundreds of ways.
