As predictable as the seasons, I am now a racist and religious zealot. I don't recall mentioning returning religion to schools, but this predictable backlash points to the progressives' goal of destroying American culture in public indoctrination schools.
Equally predictable is how the left ignores foot washing stations in public schools, or making kids memorize the 6 Pillars of Islam. But at the mention of Christianity, they erupt in quakes of outrage. Even, like this case, when they're the ones doing the mentioning! Per script, they roll out cherry-picked history to claim moral superiority, and to belittle opposition.
Good grief! They've been using this same garbage since the tie-dyed days of the '60s!
As for my affiliation with legislators, (whatever that means) I will simply state that it is the same as everyone else: I am a constituent. I am also, much to their chagrin, still a free man, entitled to my opinion without the labels from schoolyard bullies. I don't like bullies, but learned as a child that bullies bully out of their own inadequacies.
I did not write the headline, "Critical of Educators." Brainerd Dispatch staff did. I'm not against teachers, per se, although I'm sure that for every good one, there'd be several who wouldn't be missed. But I do very much object to the union leadership these teachers blindly follow, without apparent regard for the "good of the children." The unions and their bosses are on a determined course to alter the face of America through our children. And not for the better. They prefer a nation of ignorant dependents, easily manipulated, who forget freedom, and follow the elitists' One World Order. If any of you think this is any less than that, then you are whistling through the graveyard, and do so at your peril.
