Lack of leadership? I call it lack of teaching right from wrong. I was taught if you sin, you pay the consequences. Or, in other words, you pay the price. Sex is when you are married, not before. The problem is if you have a child before marriage us taxpayers pay the price, so goes for so many wrong doing. Therefore you are not teaching anybody anything.
