Russian interference in our elections has been going on for decades. Some Americans forget Russia's history to undermine western democracies. If you don't care to take my word for it, then listen to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
Rosenstein said, "This is not a new phenomenon. Throughout the 20th century, the Soviet Union used malign influence operations against the United States and many other countries. In 1963, for example, the KGB paid an American to distribute a book claiming that the FBI and the CIA assassinated President Kennedy."
What have previous presidents done to stop this? Obviously, nothing has worked and the previous administration was unable or unwilling to stop it in 2016.
They tried to break into the GOP email system but, failed due to the server security. The Democrats made is easier for them as that break in was successful. Of course, an easy password makes hacking easy.
