Ruth Nelson has been an integral part of the school district as a board member for over 12 years. She understands how the district works and has been a big part of leading us through challenging times while assuring our students of the Brainerd School District have an award-winning education. She has been a strong supporter of the need for safety and handicap accessibility in the changes to our upcoming building renovations. As a retired teacher, I can tell you Ruth continues to take time to visit our schools and talk to our students, teachers and administrators to understand the issues we face. Please vote Ruth Nelson on Tuesday, Nov. 6.
