What to do about Islamic State terrorists is on the minds of all our Republican presidential candidates. They agree that Obama's strategy doesn't seem to be doing the job. In response, we get their platitudes that are supposed to work better, but offer few specific actions
They all want something that leaves us "shoulder to shoulder on the path forward." "We must put all options on the table." "We will root them out with courage and resolve."
"I will bomb the 'blank' out of them," says poll leader Trump. Finally, "The world needs American leadership," says Paul Ryan, the new House speaker.
At this point, I will stay with the President.
